The ANLIN Industrial Fireproof Rolling Door Motor is designed for industrial and commercial fire-rated rolling shutters, including steel rolling doors and double-track, double-curtain fire shutter systems.

The motor uses 3-phase AC power and incorporates automatic phase-sequence correction. If the incoming phase sequence is reversed, the controller corrects it automatically, so installers do not need to swap the power phases manually during commissioning. This is particularly useful on projects where the motor is installed as part of a larger fire shutter or building fire protection system.

The drive system is supplied with the FJK-M-QL06 fireproof rolling controller, electronic limit control, dual manual control stations, a backup battery system, and flexible metal conduit for protected wiring. The controller can receive signals from a building fire alarm or firefighting control system and can be configured for remote or network control according to project requirements.

For manufacturers, fire protection contractors, door installers, and distributors, the motor can be supplied as a complete control package or configured according to shutter design and installation requirements.

One practical feature of this 3-phase fire shutter motor is the automatic phase-sequence correction function.

With a conventional three-phase motor, an incorrect phase sequence can cause the motor to rotate in the wrong direction. The installer normally has to identify the problem and exchange two phase wires before commissioning the door. The ANLIN control system handles this automatically.

For contractors working on multiple fire-rated shutters at a warehouse, factory, logistics center, or commercial building, this can make commissioning more straightforward, especially where the power supply has already been connected by another electrical contractor.

The motor uses electronic limit positioning instead of a conventional mechanical limit arrangement.

The limit function controls the required upper and lower operating positions of the rolling shutter. Once the limits have been set during commissioning, the controller uses the stored positions to control the opening and closing movement of the door. This arrangement is suitable for fire-rated rolling shutters where accurate door positioning is required as part of the overall installation.

The electronic limit system is also integrated with the control box, allowing the installer to set and check the operating positions without relying on a traditional mechanical limit adjustment method at the motor.

For replacement projects, the limit configuration can be reviewed together with the shutter dimensions, motor arrangement, and control requirements before production.

The FJK-M-QL06 Fireproof Rolling Controller is the main control unit supplied with the motor package. It handles motor operation, fire signal input, electronic limit control, manual controls, and related control functions.

The controller can be connected to the building’s fire protection system where required. When the specified fire signal is received, it activates the programmed shutter closing operation.

For projects using centralized fire alarm control, the controller provides the connection point between the fire shutter motor and the external fire control system. Remote control or network control can also be configured where required by the project. Using a dedicated controller also makes the electrical arrangement easier for installers to identify during commissioning and later maintenance.

Double-Track Double-Curtain Fire Shutter Compatibility

The motor is suitable for double-track, double-curtain fire shutter systems, also commonly described as dual-track and dual-curtain fire shutters. These systems use two curtain assemblies within a fire-rated opening and are commonly specified where the door design requires a double-curtain arrangement.

The motor and control system provide the lifting and controlled closing functions required by the shutter assembly. Before production, the motor configuration should be checked against the door dimensions, curtain arrangement, shaft or mounting structure, and control requirements.

Dual Manual Control Stations

The standard control package includes dual wall-mounted manual control stations. These controls provide local operation of the fire shutter during installation, testing, commissioning, and normal service conditions where manual control is permitted by the project design. The manual stations are connected to the main controller and work together with the electronic limit and automatic control functions.
